Led the team which researched, developed and built the Enterprise application over a three year period from the ground up using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) technologies as the framework. Utilized XML, Javascript and CSS to effectively deliver a concise application and user experience. Worked closely with team members to collect, analyze, and implement both internal and customer feature requests. Used Subversion version control software to manage and deliver the core application in an organized manner.

Product Development Manager

Designed and implemented the Struts Framework-based user interface for the flagship product, Phase 4, using XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and Java Server Pages. Used CVS, WinCVS for version control software. Used Apache Ant for local builds. Worked closely with the development staff to analyze issues, implement quality solutions, and integrate customer requests.

Provided on-site technical support for the Executive team internationally during product demonstrations and product launch for clients such as US West (now Quest), France Telecom, and GTE Superpages (now Verizon).

Led the quality assurance team to provide precise and effective testing using a variety of methods and software including automated testing tools.

Led the technical writing team to maintain and continually update the user and administrative documentation for the flagship product.

Designed, wrote, and implemented a context sensitive, integrated Online Help System and maintained a hard copy User Manual for the flagship product, Phase 4. Regularly met with development staff to maintain documentation updates, provided product feedback and user analysis and supported sales staff in product demonstrations.
